Having acquired student utilities provider Split The Bills in December 2020, the new office space will facilitate future expansion for the business.

The four-metre-high panda sculpture at New Era Square in Sheffield, which has recently been mounted on the rooftop corner of the scheme overlooking the city, has now climbed back down to the main public square – allowing more visitors to see it up close.

“The team and I are proud and delighted to be shortlisted for the Outstanding Development of the Year award,” said Jerry Cheung.

“With New Era Square, we wanted to create an iconic destination that is unique to Sheffield and a public space that the locals feel a sense of ownership towards. So, we are thrilled to see that the winning panda names reflect a little bit of Sheffield’s special heritage and personality.”
